Welcome to Pinpoint!


These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Pinpoint’s website, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services

Pinpoint provides home inspection services. We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any service at any time.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.


3. Booking & Payments

All inspections must be booked through our official channels. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection to be eligible for a refund. No-shows are not refundable.


5. Limitation of Liability

Pinpoint provides detailed inspection reports, but we are not liable for future issues that could not be reasonably detected during inspection.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Pinpoint website is our property and may not be used or reproduced without permission.


7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
